On board barbecuing is as simple as lighting up on your 100% 18-8 electropolished s/s kettle BBQ.
Starts easily in windy conditions by using the cover as a wind shield.
Oven type baking with temperature control will enhance the BBQ flavour while retaining the natural juices on the food.
This allows more food to be cooked faster & more evenly on less grill area.
Safety and efficiency are obtained by closing the draft control which extinguishes the coals for future use. It incorporates a lower charcoal grill and sealed ash compartment, mounting hardware is separate.
Two styles of motive power – gaz portable canister or LPGas from the ship’s supply.
