Highly polished stainless steel grade #316 split bollard with spring loaded pin. Great to use as you haul the anchor up, as the rope can sit between the posts in the slot. And if there is chain on your rope it can sit in the slot while you take a breather or temporary break. Used for anchoring boats, or as a cleat on the boat deck. Heavy duty solid construction.
