An all stainless steel simple chain lock that allows you to put in place an additional stop to lock the anchor chain + anchor in place when it is on the deck, should the anchor winch not be securing it, or someone has forgotten to put the locking pawl on the winch in place.
This is not suitable to be used as a bollard when the anchor is deployed.
