Speed Fit Tube made by John Guest of England. This is the base piece of the speedfit system, which makes your plumbing simple and easy.
Speedfit is a range of push-fit fittings and pipe suitable for the plumbing of hot and cold water services for boats.
Where drinking water is plumbed thru clear tubing, it will with time create algae or growth because of the exposure to light. The white tubing (and black) helps avoid this.
The suitability of the tubing also passes NZ Building Code G12 requirements and being white or grey in colour helps avoid the algae growth.

Three sizes are measured in outside diameter. 12mm and 15mm coils well for sending , while the 22mm will not coil easily and comes in 5m lengths but sold by the metre.
As a guide :
12mm outside diameter is usually fitted on most motor homes and smaller boats.
15mm outside diameter is usually fitted on larger motor homes and moored boats.
22mm outside diameter is usually fitted on baches and remote homes and larger boats.
